1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ba99p platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services made available to registered players in Bangladesh. ba99p is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all users.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on ba99p, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

• Notify ba99p support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not share your account with any third party. All bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular players is strictly prohibited.
• ba99p employs SSL encryption and advanced fraud-detection systems to keep your data and funds secure at all times.

ba99p shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ba99p supports a range of secure and locally trusted payment solutions to serve players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and the rest of Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

ba99p processes withdrawal requests within standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of the account. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification early to avoid delays.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ba99p offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other periodic promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and general conditions outlined here.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

ba99p is committed to maintaining the integrity of all games and betting markets. Any form of fraudulent behaviour, cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly forbidden and will be investigated promptly.

If ba99p determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. Players found to be in breach of these provisions will not be eligible for any refund of genuine funds deposited unless required by applicable law.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

ba99p is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players must be 21 years of age or older. We encourage players to set personal deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits through their account settings.

• Self-exclusion requests can be submitted to our support team at any time. Once activated, self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the specified duration has elapsed.

• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from ba99p is strictly prohibited.
• The ba99p name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ba99p. Unauthorised use of these marks is not permitted.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the platform or its contents.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide to ba99p may be used by ba99p without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ba99p provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba99p disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ba99p does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ba99p, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if ba99p has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ba99p's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to ba99p. All personal data collected during registration, account operation, and use of our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using ba99p, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ba99p platform shall first be referred to our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably within a reasonable time frame.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to resolve the matter through appropriate legal channels. ba99p's decision on any matter relating to games, bets, system integrity, promotions, or account management shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
