Responsible Gaming at ba99p

Our Commitment to Safe Gaming

ba99p is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for every player in Bangladesh. We understand that while most people engage with online games for entertainment, a small number may develop unhealthy habits over time. That is why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

We actively encourage all users to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and seek help whenever gambling stops feeling like entertainment. Our support team is available around the clock to assist any player who reaches out with concerns about their gaming habits.

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, anxiety, or personal problems.

Frequently Asked Questions

• ❓
How do I set a deposit limit on my ba99p account? Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected] and request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a cooling-off period.
• ❓
What is self-exclusion and how long does it last? Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your ba99p account for a chosen period — from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During exclusion, you cannot log in, place bets, or receive promotional materials. Contact our support team to activate this at any time.
• ❓
Can I take a temporary break without permanently closing my account? Yes. ba99p offers a time-out feature that lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account and balance are preserved, but you cannot gamble during the time-out period. Reach out to support to activate it.
• ❓
Where can I find help if gambling is affecting my mental health? Contact our responsible gaming team at [email protected] — available 24/7. We can help with immediate account restrictions and guide you toward professional counseling resources available in Bangladesh. You do not need to face this alone.

Time-Out & Exclusion Options Explained

We offer three levels of account restriction, each designed to match different needs. All options can be requested through our support team at any time, and they take effect without delay.

• 📅
Short Time-Out (24 Hours – 30 Days) Ideal for players who need a short cooling-off period. Your account and balance are fully preserved, and you can resume normal play once the chosen period expires.
• 🗓️
Extended Exclusion (1 Month – 5 Years) For players who need a longer break from gambling. The account is suspended for the chosen duration and cannot be reopened before the period ends, even if you change your mind.
• ♾️
Permanent Self-Exclusion A permanent, irreversible closure of your ba99p account. Recommended for players who recognize that gambling is seriously harming their wellbeing. Once confirmed, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

All restriction requests are processed with strict confidentiality. We will never pressure you to reverse a restriction or question your reasons for requesting one. Your wellbeing always takes priority over your betting activity.

Protecting Minors

ba99p operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. We perform age verification as part of the account verification process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.

If you share a device or household with minors, we strongly recommend using parental control software and keeping your ba99p login credentials private. Never allow a person under 21 to access your account under any circumstances.
